What I do

Leadership Development

My bespoke approach means I get to know organisational needs and build trust.  This develops resilient and supportive leadership teams, who understand how to develop the emotional intelligence of their teams.

Full or half day workshops are based on discussing real life scenarios, meaning learning is implemented and real change happens.

Personal mentoring means I work on specific leadership development needs with an individual.  Translating learning into immediate and specific implementation.
